ACTION PLAN

We are asking the City of Wilmington:

BEFORE Starting Demolition

Test the soil and materials for all major contaminants
Create a Task Force for neighborhood input into the design of the future Rodney Reservoir greenspace.
Finalize the design- with public input- and secure the money to build it.
